A build you didn't need is worse for me than no build, because it's the one you'd tell people about. The same goes for the approach: if your project needs a different one, you hear it on the first call, before any contract.

FAQ

Questions before the first call

Each service page answers the questions specific to it, like KNET payments for mobile apps or private Figma plugins.

How much does a custom website or app cost?

Websites and web apps start at $1,000, mobile apps at $3,000, and plugins at $3,000, or $4,000 for a Shopify theme. A focused marketing site sits near the floor. A web app with a custom admin, payments and third-party APIs costs considerably more. The price is agreed in writing before you commit.

Can you take over a project someone else started?

Yes. I read the existing code first and tell you whether finishing it costs less than starting over, before you pay for anything.

What do I own when the project ends?

Everything: the full source code, the documentation and the deployment. Nothing is licensed back to you, and nothing depends on me being around next year.

Do you work with clients outside Kuwait?

Yes. I work from Kuwait on GMT+3 with clients in Kuwait, the GCC and Australia. Calls and updates run over email and video, scheduled around your time zone.

Why hire one developer instead of an agency?

The person you talk to writes the code, so nothing is lost in a handoff between sales, project management and development. An agency is the better fit when you need several people building at the same time.
